Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Square D EX36 SER 1A (compatible with FC1A-E1B1E, parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Millitronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Miller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Minarik product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Millitronics such as the M06434G10201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 219820D manufactured by Miller and we are pleased to be able to service most Miller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC05D240AC by Manufacturer Minarik as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mis Brand AS8210 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microtek-Controls such as ticr500 equipment made by Microtek-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microtek-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microtek-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IPWH1CKT22 made by Milltronics as well as the popular 0733785010 original spares produced by Microtech-Mcquay

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMD160580 by Miratron and ticr500 spares by Microtek-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 49507 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Miller.
